Golden Milk Recipe

Golden milk tea, an ancient Ayurvedic remedy, is more than just a comforting drink it's packed full of medicinal herbs. Made from a blend of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, among a few other herbs, and creamy plant-based milk, it's renowned for its anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties.

With fall approaching, the shift in weather often leaves many of us feeling run down, making it the perfect time to strengthen our immune systems. Golden milk tea does just that by building ojas (strength), the vital essence that sustains our energy and resilience.

At Wellness Wonderland™, we've embraced this ancient medicine and our love for bringing the community together through our Golden Milk Tea Ceremonies. This gathering nurtures the body and soul as we set our intentions and transition into cooler months. This sacred ceremony helps participants tap into the healing power of golden milk tea, creating a cozy, grounding ritual that promotes warmth, balance, and community. Our next ceremony will be held in November for 'Serenity Sunday' in collaboration with The Beyond Sober Community! (Details coming soon.)

Pinch of Black Pepper (Activates the Curcumin in the Turmeric)

Add to a giant pot & bring to a rolling boil, STRAIN 2X, drink, and enjoy! It's best served hot, but you can consume it cold too. Shake it up before you drink as the herbs settle at the bottom. (Trust me, you don't want that mouth full.)
